How to Place MT5 Indicators in MetaTrader 5 Stock Charts

Step 1: Open The Platform Navigator Window

Open Navigator panel as displayed & illustrated below: Navigate to 'View' menu (click it) and then choose 'Navigator' window (click), or From Standard Tool-Bar click on 'Navigator' button or press short cut key-board keys 'Ctrl+N'

On MetaTrader 5 Navigator panel, choose "Indicators", (Double Click)

Step 2: Expand MT5 Indicators Menu on the Navigator

Expand menu by clicking expand button marker (+) or double click 'indicators' menu, after this MetaTrader 5 button will appear as (-) & will now show as a listing as illustrated below.

From the Above panel you can then add any MetaTrader 5 indicator you want on MetaTrader 5 stock chart.

Placing Moving Average on Chart

Step 1: Select the Moving Average button on MetaTrader 5 list of indicators as shown below:

Step 2: Double-click the Moving Average Button, and click okay to place the indicator on the chart as illustrated below:

Edit Indicator Settings

To Adjust Settings, right click on Indicator, select properties setting & then edit properties of indicator using popup menu that appears and click ok button key once you change setting.

The following window pop up pops up and MetaTrader 5 Indicator settings can be edited from this pop up panel.
