Place Stochastic Oscillator Stock Indicator on Chart in MetaTrader 4

How to Place Technical Indicators in Meta Trader 4 Charts

Step 1: Open The Platform Navigator Window

Open Navigator panel as displayed & illustrated below: Navigate to 'View' menu (click it) & then select 'Navigator' panel (click), or From Standard Tool Bar click on 'Navigator' button or press short-cut key-board keys 'Ctrl+N'

On Navigator window, select 'Indicators', (DoubleClick)

Step 2: Expand the Indicators Menu on the Navigator

Expand the menu by clicking the expand button marker (+) or double click the 'indicators' menu, after this the button will then now appear as (-) and will now be shown as a list as shown below.

From the Above panel you then can add any indicator you want on chart.

Placing Stochastic Indicator in Chart

Step 1: Select the Stochastic Oscillator button on MetaTrader 4 list of indicators as illustrated below:

Step 2: Double-click the Stochastic Indicator Button, and click okay to place the indicator on the chart as illustrated below:

Edit Indicator Settings

To Adjust Setting, right click on Indicator, choose properties setting and then edit property setting using popup menu that appears & click okay b

The following window popup pops up and stocks technical indicator settings can be edited from this panel pop up.
