To set up these sell limit orders in MetaTrader 4 platform use the following procedure:

1. Right click on indices chart
2. Choose 'Trading' Option on the Menu
3. Then Choose 'New' Order Option on the Popup widow that appears
4. Then on the trade setup pop up panel that appears (illustrated below), under label 'Type' select option of "Pending Indices Order" instead of 'market execution' trade order
