MetaTrader 4 Indices Chart Tick Chart
Tick Chart - open the tick chart of the trading instrument symbol selected. Unlike normal stock indices charts, the tick chart is located directly in the 'Market Watch' window on the MT4 platform.
To Open MetaTrader 4 Market Watch Window Panel, Click 'View' Menu next to 'File' Menu at the tops left corner of the MetaTrader 4 indices trading Platform, then from the drop-down menu select 'Market Watch' button key so that to open the 'Market Watch' on MetaTrader 4 indices trading Platform.
Once you open the Market Watch window panel the list of available trading instruments will be displayed in MetaTrader 4 platform and as trader you can open a stock indices chart from this market watch window panel.
MT4 Market Watch Window Panel for Adding Indices Quotes in MT4 Platform
The market watch window panel in MT4 is used to display an array of stock indices trading price quotes for indices.
To access this Market Watch display of trading instruments on the MT4 Platform a trader should go to view menu as illustrated and shown below and select the Market Watch Window by Clicking on it. (The Ctrl+M is short cut for accessing this window as illustrated and shown below, by pressing this shortcut, you can enable market watch window without going to the 'view' menu)

Once a trader selects the stock indices trading market watch window panel, following popup panel will pop-up displaying a list of instruments available for trading.

If you want to add more charts stock indices quotes on this Market Watch window panel, Right Click within the Market Watch window panel and a Pop Window appears - from this pop up window choose the option - 'Show All' - this will then display all the instruments which are available for trading on MT4 software.
Once these stock indices quotes are opened on the Market Watch window panel, you can then choose any of the indices quote and open a stock indices chart by double clicking on that indices trading quote.

As a trader you might also want to trade an instrument that is not listed on this list as illustrated and shown below. For example on above list only 5 instruments are shown.
To obtain the other instrument quotes that are not listed, you can right click inside this market watch window panel as illustrated and shown below and the following pop up window will appear.

To show list of other trading instrument quotes, choose 'Show All' button key, this will then show all available pairs.
