How to Place MT5 Indicators on MetaTrader 5 Stock Indices Charts

Step 1: Open The Platform Navigator Window

Open Navigator panel as illustrated and shown below: Navigate to 'View' menu (click it) and then choose 'Navigator' window panel (click), or From Standard Toolbar click on 'Navigator' button or press short-cut key-board keys 'Ctrl+N'

On MT5 Navigator panel, select "Technical Indicators", (Double-Click)

Step 2: Expand MetaTrader 5 Indicators Menu on the Navigator

Expand menu by clicking the expand button key marker (+) or double-click the 'indicators' menu, after this MT5 button will appear as (-) and will now show as a list as shown below.

From the Above panel you can then add any MT5 indicator you want in MT5 stock indices chart.

Placing Zigzag on Indices Trading Chart

Step 1: Select the Zigzag button key on MetaTrader 5 list of technical indicators as displayed below:

Step 2: Double click Zigzag Button Key, and click okay to place it on stock indices chart as illustrated and shown below:

Edit Zigzag Stock Indices Technical Indicator Settings

To Adjust Settings, right click on Zigzag, select properties setting and then edit the property setting using the popup menu that appears and click ok button key once you change setting.

The following window panel popup pops up & the Zigzag settings can be edited from this window popup.
